  These condo's are in a terrible location. When we looked the fit and finish of the units are builder grade. They have almost no parking, just about enough for the residents. One one side is dilapidated homes and we were told they some additional building would eventually be done around the neighborhood? According to the realtor the town has a master plan to revitalize the area but that only includes units that face the main road.
  
  The key to the problem here Hopatcong is still not a desirable place to raise a family. According to NJ Herald they have high rate of crime and drugs are apparently a big problem according other people living in town. You are 20 minutes from any major restaurants and shopping centers. The drive into Hopatcong is admissible, town clearly is not taking pride sidewalks are heaving, overgrown vegetation. Many business appear to be permanently closed. The only attraction is your are close to a lake that you don't have access to use.
